By maintaining your unit regularly, your unit will have improved efficiency, restored capacity, and it will extend the life of your equipment. That will not only save you money on your electric bill but also save you money on service calls!

• The plan includes 2 separate trips for maintenance: Air conditioning maintenance to be preformed during February and April and heating maintenance to be performed during September and October
• 10% discount on any additional parts
• 20% discount on any additional labor

Pricing:

• $75.00 per visit for 1 unit (2 visits per year in spring and fall)
• $50.00 for each additional unit per visit

• Measure and record volts/amps
• Blow out condensate drain and clean pan
• Check, clean, and lubricate blower and components
• Check for adequate refrigerant charge
• Check all safety controls
• Check and calibrate thermostat
